Our Professional Marksmen Ammunition will be offering .308 Winchester, .30-06 Springfield, .300 Win Mag, .338 Lapua Mag, .338 RUM, and both Ball and Match .50 Caliber. 

 

Our PM Rifles are now currently available.  We offer custom work at an affordable price.  Delane Thomas, our very talented gunsmith, has many years experience in building rifles and I’ve never met a man more dedicated to excellence.  We will have examples of his work up on the site shortly and we offer his rifles for rent in our PM .30 Caliber courses.   We also offer package deals that include training with a purchased rifle.  It makes sense to learn how to properly maintain and employ a custom rifle, especially from the guys who made it for you. 

 

Professional Marksmen Gear offers bags and kit specifically for long rifles.  We will also be offering cleaning kits and maintenance equipment to keep our rifles in the best operating conditions. 

 

We are currently gearing up Professional Marksmen Adventures for 2009.  We plan on offering some special hunts where I will travel with the group and hunt right alongside of you.  This is an exciting proposition for me because every hunt we set up is a dangerous game hunt and earns the title “Professional Marksmen Adventure”.

Welcome to the second monthly installment of the Professional Marksmen Data Book.  This month has been a busy one with range updates and improvements.  Our September Courses are right around the corner and we’re excited about these as always.  The PM .50 Caliber and PM .30 Caliber are shaping up to be a great time.  The weather is starting to cool off which is a blessing and it’s shaping up to be a beautiful fall season.  Really, the fall season is the best time to shoot.  The winds are generally lower and you don’t bake in sun like you do in the summertime.  The only low part is how the temperature affects our shooting at the extended distances, but we can take the measures to compensate for that. 

 

Here’s what we have in store for the month of September:

 

Courses

 

The PM .50 Caliber and PM .30 Caliber are back to back courses starting on Friday and we’re really looking forward to them.  The Neighbor Range Complex is always ready to shoot, regardless of the caliber.  Our reactive steel targets make “team building” a must in our courses by working in a shooter/spotter team.  It’s also a more productive day on the range when you don’t have to sit in the pits and pull targets.  This is one of the high points in every course that we run.

Seasonal Course Dates

 

We will also be offering dates through the winter, both in South Dakota and in NM at the NRA Whittington Center.  Shooting doesn’t stop because there’s a little snow on the ground.  In fact, that’s my favorite time of year to shoot.  Those of you who hunt up north will appreciate the fact that you get to train in the conditions you will be hunting in.
